Cooking Tip: Chicken will cook evenlt, without dry edges and raw middles, if you flatten it first. To avoid mess, place the chicken inside of a plastic freezer bag and seal the bag. Pound with a flat tool until you reach the desired thickness. Remember that thin chicken cooks faster too.
