Balsamic Fish Tacos 1 Tblsp each of olive oil+butter heated til melted. Add 4 Firm white fish Fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces after tossing in 2 Tblsp Creole Seasoning. +1/4 teaspoon salt.In bowl toss 1/2 red cabbage coarsely chopped+ 3 diced green onions with 1/2 cup Balsamic Salad Dressing. Add to fish and stir until cabbage is tender and fish completely cooked. (Approx 5 mins).Remove from heat. Assemble 6 small warmed tortillas with 2 cups shredded cheese + 1 large tomato, seeded and diced.
